Returns

• You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lolitique.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Non-returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
• Gift cards

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• The refund will be processed within 7 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Shipping Costs

• You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
